Fees & Billing

Our Policy:

For patients with a valid Medicare card,  consultations are bulk billed every day, including Weekdays, Weekends and Public Holidays.  

For workers compensation or motor vehicle third party matters, we require your claim number to bill to relevant party insurance companies.


For private patients without Medicare card, visit fees vary due to the length and complexity of the visit. It is required that the patient pay the fee up front before the visit. From 1/10/2026, our consultation fees will increased due to the rising running costs. 

For fees regarding Allied Health professionals, procedures, and other treatments, etc. Please notify reception or give us a call.

Any additional charges will be discussed prior to consultation.

It is crucial that you notify us of any cancellation or rescheduling at least 3 hours before your appointment. Bookings made less than 3 hours in advance are non-cancellable, cancellations and non-attendance will incur a no-show fee. Our No-Show fees will be: $20–$40 on weekdays and $40–$60 on weekends/public holidays, depending on the type and length of the appointment.
